Vehicle Insurance Safety Campaign 2024

Insurance & Risk Management is hosting a Vehicle Safety Campaign at the NC State Motor Fleet gas pumps, March 4-15, 2024. In case you missed us at the January Business Connections Meeting, here is a link to our campaign kickoff presentation. During the campaign, volunteers will place stickers on the interior windshield in NC State state-owned vehicles. The sticker has a QR code linked to the Insurance & Risk Management website, containing helpful information pertaining to Vehicle Insurance, Vehicle Accidents, Origami Risk System, and Rental Vehicles.

In the event a state-owned vehicle is involved in an accident, the driver can scan the QR code and be directed to Insurance & Risk Management’s Motor Vehicle Insurance webpage. Click “Vehicle Accident” for instructions on what to do immediately after an accident and click “Vehicle Insurance” to access the insurance ID card for law enforcement officers.
