State Contract

Renting a vehicle using the State Term Contract 975B Vehicle Rental Services and using NC State’s custom account number (#NC53E01)

  • National and Enterprise cover the rental vehicle for up to a total loss regarding physical damage and 3rd party claims up to $1 million.
  • This account has billing options if authorized through the controller’s office. The employee is required to provide Employee ID#, Department ID#, and the Project ID# at time of reservation.

Driver Protection Products: U.S./Puerto Rico/District of Columbia:

  • Loss Damage Waiver (LDW): Full coverage with $0.00 deductible included in rate list.
  • Liability: $1,000,000 CSL included in rate list.
  • International: BPRI, Damage Waiver included based on country requirements.

15-Passenger vans are not covered under the State Term Contract.

The 975A State of NC Enterprise Truck Rental program has expired. Enterprise is offering business discounted rates at their Truck locations. Employees are required to present a Certificate of Insurance at the time of pick up. To obtain a Certificate of Insurance click the Rental Vehicle Certificate of Insurance Request form on our website.
